Summit Bridge Realty is a new brokerage in The Woodlands, Texas, founded by broker Sailin Blanco to help you buy or sell your home with clarity and confidence.

The name says how we work. The summit is the goal: the home, the sale, the fresh start you are aiming for. The bridge is the path that takes you there, step by step, with a plan you can actually follow.

We are a small team on purpose. You work directly with your agent from the first call to the closing table, in English or Spanish.
